X-GUARD is manufactured from high-strength 6000 series aluminium, providing a lightweight yet durable collective protection solution for long-term outdoor use. The system features a top rail and mid rail configuration, with an optional toe board to prevent tools and materials from falling to lower levels. Standard height is 1000mm, with custom heights available between 900mm and 1100mm to meet site-specific requirements.

X-GUARD guardrails can be installed on virtually any surface or structure. On standing seam and trapezoidal roofs, clamp and rivet fixing systems attach directly to the roof profile without compromising the waterproof membrane. For membrane and bituminous roofs, counterweight base solutions eliminate the need for penetrations entirely. Concrete floors and flat roofs are served by bolt-down base plates, while wall and facade mounting is also available for elevated platforms and stairwell edges.
